• BC Epilepsy Society A non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people living with epilepsy. Provides also books, videos pamphlets, magazines and other teaching materials.

• Charlie Foundation The Foundation was established in 1994 in order to raise awareness about the ketogenic diet as a treatment for childhood epilepsy. The Foundation's role is to facilitate investigation, educate professionals, and inform families about the current status of the ketogenic diet.

• Chrissy & Friends The organization offers children with epilepsy a variety of activities and provides support groups for parents of children with epilepsy and for young adults.

• Epilepsy Action UK-based epilepsy charity, providing information and advice for people with epilepsy. Includes freephone and email helplines and sections for children and teenagers with the condition.

• Epilepsy Action Scotland Provides general information about epilepsy. Campaigns for more epilepsy services across Scotland and offers addresses of branches and support.

• Epilepsy and Youth Project An IBE project with the objective of giving a voice to young people around the world. Offers a chat room, contacts and information.

• Epilepsy Association Australia Organization dedicated to educate, inform and assist people with epilepsy, their families and those who work with them.

• Epilepsy Association of Calgary A charitable, social Service agency established to address community, individual, and family needs related to epilepsy.

• Epilepsy Care Group Singapore Volunteer-based organization addressing the needs of persons with epilepsy and their care-givers in Singapore.

• Epilepsy Foundation of the Chesapeake Region EFCR has worked to improve the quality of life for individuals with seizure disorders through hands-on, individualized services. People of all ages look to EFCR for guidance and assistance in leading fuller, more independent lives. EFCR serves the Maryland, Washington D.C, and Northern Virginia communities.

• European Epilepsy Academy (EUREPA) Being part of the European structure of the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE), EUREPA initiates and co-ordinates concerted research on matters relating to epilepsy throughout Europe.

• F.A.B.L.E - For a Better life with Epilepsy Organization whose mission is to promote and fund Vagus Nerve Stimulation Therapy for those with epilepsy uncontrolled by medication alone. Offers help and support to potential patients and their families, linking families in similar situations through a patient support network.
